MET English Medium Higher Secondary school organised a one-day seminar for its teachers on the topic “Child Psychology and Moulding Generation Z in the Post Pandemic Era”. The seminar was conducted by Mr Philip Chakkathra, a renowned psychologist and transformation coach in the school auditorium.
The seminar on child psychology was conducted on 4th December 2021 on the school premises. The seminar highlighted the role of teachers in the post covid era and the important steps they need to take while undertaking a new method of online teaching and confronting the challenges of low attendance at schools. The lecture also focused on child psychology and the changes that a teacher can implement into their curriculum and teaching methods to impart more knowledge and to keep the students active in their virtual classrooms.
The professional enhancement of the teaching staff was emphasised during the seminar to cope well with the new and sudden changes that happened to the traditional methods of teaching. The seminar was attended by all the staff and teaching faculty at MET.
